Hello, I’m Mashal, Founder and CEO of Munch Better.

As a mother and a wife, I have always been deeply conscious about what my family eats. While meals were usually healthy, I noticed that when it came to snacking, our choices often leaned toward junk food, packaged chips, chocolates and highly processed snacks with little nutritional value.

That realization sparked a question in my mind:
Why aren’t there healthier snack options that are both nutritious and delicious?

Growing up, my mother always prepared wholesome, homemade snacks made entirely from natural, preservative-free ingredients. Those snacks were not only nourishing but also full of flavor and warmth. When I shared my idea with her, she generously passed on a treasure of traditional recipes that had been part of our family for years.

With her recipes, my father’s business experience, and my own vision, the three of us came together to build Munch Better-a family-driven brand rooted in tradition, trust, and quality.

At Munch Better, only the finest ingredients make their way into our products. Every nut, seed, and natural sweetener is carefully selected, and hygiene and cleanliness in our workshop are maintained at exceptionally high standards. We believe that what you eat should be prepared with the same care and responsibility as food made for one’s own family.
